I have been a Mechanic since 1999 where I started as an apprentice in my  auto shop program at Round Rock High School. I worked at Mazda South in Austin Texas when I decided to go to Universal Technical Institute in Chicago. Once completing the auto & truck (Diesel) program, I was granted the opportunity to attend Mercedes Benz factory training in Houston Texas. Upon completion I worked at various Dealerships including: Mercedes Benz of Austin, Volvo/Mazda Denver Colorado, Price Ford/Lincoln in Centennial Colorado. To expand my knowledge and be exposed to a variety of vehicles I have also worked at independent repair facilities. I worked in several roles including Mercedes Certified Technician, ASE Certified Technician, Master Ford Service Adviser, Master Ford Parts Adviser and even as an Auto Glass Specialist. I truly enjoy problem solving from the most simplest mechanical to extensive electrical diagnostics.
